Pashinyan considers Margarita Simonyan’s statement to be absurd: ‘We did not discuss Russia’s suggestions with the USA’

November 16,2020 22:07

“Of course, that is not true. I held five discussions with representatives of the United States over the past month. Three of those discussions were with the National Security Advisor, Robert O’Brien, and two were with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. We did not discuss Russian suggestions during those discussions, but instead, we discussed American suggestions with the exception of our first discussion. We did not discuss Russian suggestions with the American side at all. Meanwhile, I remained in constant contact with the President of Russia. There were times where we spoke five to six times per day,” Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said in response to Radio Sputnik’s question, “During Roman Babayan’s program, Margarita Simonyan directed a question towards you (Pashinyan) about whether or not it is true that you discussed accepting Russian suggestions at length with American representatives.’ “That is simply absurd. That fact is so obvious that such manipulation is simply strange,” Pashinyan added.
