A constitutional deadlock

The Prime Minister does not want to resign, and the majority of the parliament does not want him to be dismissed. With that, the peaceful constitutional methods of regime change are exhausted. There is the option that was used in April of 2018 when people in the streets imposed their rule. I want to emphasize the street, and not parties without any authority. But that path seems very dangerous to me given today’s situation because I am sure that everything will not be as smooth this time. And, if the situation worsens, the state and political system will not be able to curb violence. Pashinyan is not Ter-Petrossian to resign even in a theoretical threat of civil strife. Instead, he will continue to accuse, slander, threaten to “break and crush,” and so on. Just he promised during the defeated war that he would break the backbone of the enemy.
