We are officially stating that Bishop Arshak Khachatryan was not summoned to the National Security Service. The press department of the NSS said this in response to Aravot Daily’s question.
The founder of the One Armenia political party, Artur Ghazinyan, wrote on Facebook, “The Chancellor of the Mother See, Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, has been summoned to the National Security Service. The reason was his post in which he said, ‘Nikol Pashinyan has failed to lead the country and must resign in order to avoid clashes between the people and law enforcement and, most importantly, to avoid bloodshed. It is time to sacrifice personal security for the future of the state.’”
