On the initiative of the Russian side, the Speaker of the RA National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone talk with the Speaker of the RF State Duma of the Federal Assembly Vyacheslav Volodin. The Speaker of the State Duma congratulated Ararat Mirzoyan on his birthday, as well as condemned the attack against him.
The interlocutors emphasized the adoption of the tripartite statement on stopping the military actions in Nagorno Karabakh by Putin’s mediation, underlining that thus, it was possible to save tens of thousands of lives.
