Columns of Armenian troops were leaving Karvachar. The soldiers were taking photographs for the last time and saying their final goodbyes.
In accordance with the trilateral statement signed on November 10th that would cease all military operations in Artsakh, Karvachar was to be conceded to Azerbaijan on November 15th, but it was extended until November 25th.
After the ceasefire was signed, the residents of Karvachar attempted to quickly retrieve their belongings within that short time frame. Many of them even burned their homes. Russian peacekeepers are stationed around the Dadivank monastery in Karvachar. After the ceasefire, many people committed robbery and deforestation in Karvachar.
Karvachar will be conceded to Azerbaijan tomorrow.
