Simple questions. When the Kubatlu region is transferred to the enemy in two or three days, will the enemy also have some control over the Goris-Kapan road? Will it be possible to use that road? If not, are any alternative routes reliable? How protected are the Armenian-controlled settlements in Artsakh, as well as the border communities in Armenia? Who is responsible for the tens of thousands of displaced persons? Who, how, and in what conditions are people being transported from Artsakh to Armenia and vice versa? If the Azerbaijan-Nakhichevan railway through Meghri is provided in accordance with the agreement signed on November 10th, does that mean a railway from Syunik to Iran via Nakhichevan will also be provided? The Russian peacekeepers will uphold the security of the Meghri section, but who will ensure the security of our cargo in Nakhichevan? Isn’t it expected that this route will always be a source of tension?
