The heads of the Civil and Rescue structures of the system reported on the current activities and the issues registered during the last week to the Minister of Emergency Situations Andranik Piloyan in the regular consultation meeting.
In particular, information was provided on the process of effective organization of activities during the winter, emergency systems and the process of bringing shelters in proper condition with the support of local authorities. Minister drew attention to the demand for personnel and property rescue departments. It was mentioned that despite that, his visits to the regional structures will continue and all the issues will be registered on the spot.
Minister announced the importance of introducing a new “Trust phone” service which will give the possibility to receive the suggestions and complaints of the population about the activity of the Ministry during the consultation. According to A. Piloyan it will enable the implementation of more targeted and effective programs.
There will be a resumption of the weekly reception of citizens, which was suspended due to the epidemic and citizens sent their questions via e-mail.
