On December 13, at 23:41 an emergency call was received to Crisis management national center that a car accident had occurred in Noragavit block, Yerevan: cars had collided.
One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department and the rescue group from the Center for Carrying out Special Rescue Activities of the Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that “Volkswagen Golf” and “Volkswagen Vento” (driver Armen Gh.) cars had collided, as a result the driver and the passenger Ani Gh. of “Volkswagen Vento” were hospitalized in “Erebouni” medical center where the doctors assessed the health condition of the latter as satisafactory, Amen Gh. died.
The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars.
