A group of protesters gathered in front of the Armenian Embassy in Russia at the initiative of several Armenian organizations in Russia. The meeting between the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan commenced in Moscow on Monday.
“We are against all anti-Armenian decisions that Nikol Pashinyan may sign,” the protesters said.
They also organized the signing of a petition. The protesters claimed that Nikol Pashinyan does not have the right to sign any document on behalf of the people, and they came in order to prevent that.

“Everyone must express their thoughts on what is taking place today. As they lied to us over the course of the 45-day war, we also were given false promises over the course of 2.5 years. The reality is obvious for everyone today as far as what happened. We lost our homeland, and the people responsible for that loss continue to govern,” one of the protesters said.
The protesters announced that they demand Nikol Pashinyan’s resignation so that the next leader of Armenia will have an easier time during negotiations regarding the document signed on November 9th. “The Armenian community in Russia supports Russian President Vladimir Putin’s initiation of the ceasefire. We are not against what was signed. We blame Nikol Pashinyan for signing it on November 9th and not earlier, on, say, October 9th or 19th, when the Chief of Staff already knew what the situation was like and that all military operations need to cease.”
