“It has been four years since I have no official position and I am receiving my military pension. Smart people who have some education know that people who have no official position cannot make decisions. I was a volunteer in Shushi, and I tried to organize the militia there,” former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan told reporters at Yerablur regarding the fall of Shushi.
He said, “The military operations in Shushi, as well as all other military operations, were led by military leaders. You must ask them all your questions. But the fact that statements are being made about Shushi being a colorless or non-Armenian city at the highest levels cause doubts to arise regarding Shushi’s fall. They and law enforcement especially need to answer those questions.”
