On February 15 no precipitation is predicted, on 16, in the daytime of 20 in separate places, on 17-19, at night of 20 in most regions precipitation is predicted, on 18-20 in mountainous and foothill regions in the form of snow.
South-west wind speed is 5-10 m/s, on in separate places on 16 the wind speed may reach up to 20-25 m/s, on 17 it may reach up to 25-30 m/s.
On February 18-20 the air temperature will go down by 10-13 degrees.
