On February 23, the Russian-Armenian Humanitarian Response Center sent another convoy of 6 trucks of humanitarian aid from the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters of the Russian Federation to Artsakh. Cargo included about 50 tons of construction materials: wood, tin, tiles. The operative group of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation had compiled a list of construction materials needed for the reconstruction of residential buildings, objects of social significance, and the corresponding cargo is regularly sent to Stepanakert from where it is distributed in different directions of Artsakh for reconstruction.
