By the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations, Roman Khachatryan, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer resigning from the position of Mountain-Rescuer of the Rescue Squad of the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was appointed the Head of the Rescue Squad of the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to another order of the Minister, Margarita Mkrtchyan, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Rescue Service resigning from the position of junior instructor of the staff of the Rescue Service Department sent to other subdivisions of MES was appointed Senior Instructor of the Program, Plan Analysis and Coordination Division of the Rescue Service of MES.
ES Minister awarded Roman Khachatryan and Margarita Mkrtchyan the rank of “Lieutenant of the Rescue Service”.
