On March 10, at 22:03 an emergency call was received to Crisis management national center that a citizen had been threatening to commit suicide by jumping off Kievyan bridge of Yerevan city.
One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department, the operative group of Crisis management national center and the psychologist on duty of the Psychological Assistance Division of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.
The suicide attempt of the citizen was prevented by the joint efforts of the Chief secretary of Ministry of Justice S. Galstayn, the rescuers and the local forces.
