South-west wind speed is 2-5 m/s, in separate places the wind speed may exceed up to 15-20 m/s.
In the daytime of March 18 the air temperature will go up by 3-4 degrees, at night of 19 it will go down by 4-6 degrees, on 21-23 it will go up as much.
