“Aliyev does not realize that no one wins or loses all the time. Every time he dulls his own people, he brings them one step closer to defeat,” Andranik Kocharyan said. In his opinion, we should try to learn lessons from what happened without political overtones. In this context, according to Andranik Kocharyan, the issue of prisoners of war has been manipulated often in recent days.
