“Many people have said that they have questions about the fall of Shushi. Until now, I have never publicly said this, but during different discussions- and most recently, yesterday- I have also said that I have questions about the fall of Shushi,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during the presentation of the report on the implementation of the government’s program for 2020.
“I have very specific questions for very specific people. It’s not as if I have not asked those questions before. Yes, I am facing a reality where we need to evaluate the truth of the reports in the hierarchy. Were there any distorting facts? If so, were they intentional or accidental?” Nikol Pashinyan added.
