Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is currently in Meghri, Syunik Province. He is walking while surrounded by security guards in civilian clothing. Residents of Syunik are following him while whistling and cursing.
“Welcome, dear people,” Pashinyan greeted the residents. “No one welcomes you,” people responded.
“We are to blame, you’re right. I apologize to all of you for that,” Nikol Pashinyan continued over the megaphone.
Then, he approached a few citizens gathered in front of a building and started talking to them. They most likely were relatives of fallen soldiers.
