“The European Union presented a very clear position that states all captives and prisoners of war must be returned if we are planning any activities aimed towards mutual trust,” the Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gabrielius Landsbergis, told reporters during a press conference at the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of his official visit in response to a question about how Armenia returned all Azerbaijani prisoners of war in accordance with the point on the November 9th agreement, while Azerbaijan refuses to return Armenian prisoners of war.
“I, of course, can only agree with the European Union’s position,” Gabrielius Landsbergis said.
