“Your explanations are not founded or dignified. When your bloc’s leader was the leader of Armenia, a tragedy took place in this hall: the terrible October 27th. The Republic of Armenia was beheaded in this hall, for which no one was held responsible, and your first number said that it was an ordinary ‘precinct investigator’s work,’” My Step deputy Arpi Davoyan said, addressing deputy Anna Grigoryan at the extraordinary session of parliament on Friday. My Step deputy Vahagn Aleksanyan had advised Anna Grigoryan, who left the ruling faction and became a candidate for Robert Kocharyan’s bloc, to take the leader of her bloc to a therapist to overcome fear.
Anna Grigoryan, taking advantage of the situation, explained why Robert Kocharyan does not wish to debate with Nikol Pashinyan. “And you still have courage to speak in front of this podium about handing over Artsakh and treachery, complete with big and small lies, saying that we have 5,000 casualties. Do you get pleasure from giving the wrong numbers? Do you get pleasure from saying that we have 5,000 casualties?” Arpi Davoyan asked Anna Grigoryan. She expressed conviction that people such as Anna Grigoryan were not worthy of being part of their faction, and now they have found the place they deserve to be in.
