The I Have Honor alliance, which participated in the June 20 snap parliamentary elections and passed the electoral threshold, will also appeal to the Constitutional Court to contest the results of the election. The alliance will be represented by a member of the Republical Party Supreme Body and former Minister of Justice Davit Harutyunyan during the appeal’s investigation.
“We will appeal based on a violation of principles. We will present the details during the trial. We will note the principles of justice and equality,” Davit Harutyunyan told Aravot Daily, not wishing to present details at this time.
Today is the final day to appeal to the Constitutional Court. The Armenia alliance has also presented an appeal, as well as parties that have not passed the threshold to enter parliament, including Armenian Homeland and Zartonk.
