Caretaker Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory letter to President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on the Independence Day, Pashinyanโs Office told Armenpress.
The letter reads:
โDear Mr. President,
I sincerely congratulate you on the Independence Day of Belarus.
