“It can be ruled out that the ARF will enter parliament alone. The Armenia alliance will make that decision, and the decision will be in its entirety. One of the colleagues cannot have a separate position. We will make our final decision after the Constitutional Court conclusion,” representative of the ARF Executive Body, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, said during a press conference about the mandates.
When asked about how he said that they will be appealing to international organizations about the issue of ARF community leaders, but the same international organizations labeled these elections as being free, fair, and transparent, so how will he comment on that, Ishkhan Saghatelyan responded that they do not agree with the evaluations of international organizations. “They were also obliged to give a full assessment to all the actions taking place during the pre-election period. The Prime Minister went after community leaders with a hammer in his hand while obviously abusing his official position and threatening various people, but the international organizations are silent about that. In their statement, they said that those threats or hate speech were bilateral. They were obligated to give a full assessment of the pre-election process. On the day of the elections, we presented a huge package to the Constitutional Court. I do not know whether the international organizations are aware of it or not.”
