American military journalist Chuck Holton posted on his Facebook page: “A war took me to Armenia for the first time last September, and I fell in love with the place, the people and the food. We’ve been back twice since then, and my fondness for that country has only grown stronger. My middle son, Nathan, went with us last trip and loved Armenia so much he decided to stick around after we left and get to know the country and her people better.
Well, he succeeded. A few days ago, after a whirlwind courtship, my beloved son asked the lovely, amazing Rubina Hovhannisyan to be his wife. I couldn’t be happier. Now our family will be joined to Armenia forever! I’m going to have to practice for an Armenian wedding! #Armenia
