Kajaran mayor’s home searched: NSS takes him to Yerevan

Masked officers from the National Security Service searched the home of the mayor of Kajaran, Manvel Paramazyan. His car was also searched, and he was escorted to the NSS by NSS officers.

“They brought him out of his apartment, and they searched his car. They are now taking him to Yerevan,” the representative of Paramazyan’s interests, lawyer Robert Hayrapetyan told Aravot Daily.

He said that he is not aware of any details at the moment. It is not clear yet why the mayor was taken to the NSS.
