“To begin, everything needs to be done to ensure that Nikol Pashinyan leaves. After that, several paths will open, and there will be political arguments as far as which path to take,” former Prime Minister of Armenia Vazgen Manukyan told reporters regarding his future political plans.
Regarding the situation in Yeraskh, Vazgen Manukyan said, “They’re going to shoot from different places. They will shoot in one place and take another. I will not interfere with those military conclusions and details. But one thing is clear: the Artsakh issue was not strategic for Azerbaijan. It was an issue of prestige and honor, and they are solving that issue. But the issue of Syunik is a strategic one. It is the path for not only Azerbaijan, but all Turkic people. And it has strategic importance for them. Their actions may seem meaningless at first, but their final goal is to take Syunik.”
