Three years ago, encouraged by the revolution in Armenia and believing that Nikol Pashinyan and his team would open new perspectives for Armenia, cold metal technologist Zhora Maloyan left the United States and returned to Armenia to contribute to the country’s economy.
However, Maloyan did not come empty-handed. According to Zhora Maloyan, he brought with him from the United States his invention, which, if implemented, would not only prevent taking the country’s wealth, molybdenum and gold, out of the country and empty the subsoil, but also bring large sums of money to Armenia, and the economy would recover quickly. According to him, the invention is a revolution in the energy sector.
After growing tired of knocking on the doors of state officials for three years, however, Zhora Maloyan decided to return to the US. Former US President Donald Trump personally thanks him for his invention, but Nikol Pashinyan and his team did not even make any efforts to listen to him. He appealed to Pashinyan, offering to create a professional committee. In 2019, during a meeting in Ashtarak, he personally gave the Prime Minister a package of proposals. But the proposals remained in the air. Meanwhile, the expert’s inventions passed inspection and the phase of detailed scientific substantiation in the United States, as a result of which the American side issued a corresponding patent to Zhora Maloyan for his three inventions. However, Zhora Maloyan wants to bring his inventions to life in Armenia.
One of Maloyan’s inventions is the production of clean energy from a low position by means of hydrodynamically closed cycle water extraction devices, on the basis of which is the construction of a hydroelectric power plant. “After receiving the patent, some of the documents went to the American Academy of Sciences, the US Security Service, and the White House. The then-President Donald Trump sent me a letter of thanks for my contribution to the country’s economy. Today there is an energy war all over the world. I brought the famous invention to Armenia, but there was cold indifference. This invention is revolutionary and a great honor for Armenia,” Zhora Maloyan told Aravot Daily. He showed all the documents that prove what he said.

According to him, this is a form of alternative energy, the costs of which are quite small, almost zero, and the consumer will get 30 to 50 percent cheaper electricity. According to his calculations, the electricity produced in his own way can be sold to distribution structures for 5 AMD. His appeals to the Prime Minister are signed by the Ministry of Energy, where, according to Zhora Maloyan, the conversation ends because “they do not understand anything.”
According to Mr. Maloyan, he does not want money or support to invest in his project. According to him, it is necessary to address this issue at a high state level. He said that American financial institutions send invitations day by day with development programs for Zhora Maloyan to bring his invention to life there, but during these three years he refused to leave, waiting for the reception of the president or the prime minister.
The purpose of the meeting is the material evidence in his possession, which will prove the revolutionary project. “In the United States, they offered $400 million to sell the invention, but I refused,” said the inventor. Zhora Maloyan made the first attempts to patent the invention under Serzh Sargsyan, but seeing that it was not approved, he moved to the United States. The US Department of Treasury responded immediately. He said that obtaining energy in the way he has created will solve the problems of releasing water from Lake Sevan, the artesian wells of the Ararat Plain, as well as the problems of fish farms. He also showed the 10 million grant document provided by the US to implement the program in three stages in the United States, but Zhora Maloyan wants to use his invention for the benefit of Armenia.
