“I must ask Mr. Hakobyan to not speak to us using that tone. We can also raise our voices. If you noticed, I have also been very restrained until now,” the head of the Armenia alliance faction, Seyran Ohanyan, said during the session of parliament. Civil Contract member Vagharshak Hakobyan reprimanded opposition deputies using an angry tone and reminded them that the ruling party received the people’s mandate.
Then, Seyran Ohanyan appealed to the former Minister of High Tech Industry and Civil Contract’s candidate for Vice Speaker, Hakob Arshakyan, and asked why the Lubawa-Armenia factory closed in Charentsavan. The factory produced tents, camouflage materials, and casts, which were needed during the war, by the way. Ohanyan noted that the factory was also preparing to produce vests and helmets, and the formation of this factory was successful due to his and the Polish Ministry of Defense’s efforts over several years.
