Civil Contract faction deputy Armen Khachatryan believes that the surrender of any Armenian territory to Azerbaijanis unacceptable. He announced this during the National Assembly session on Monday in response to Armenia alliance deputy Agnessa Khamoyan’s reminder about how Vahe Ghalumyan did not rule out the possibility of “Azerbaijani enclaves” in Armenia being surrendered. “Armenia must initiate all possible measures to ensure that such situations do not arise,” Armen Khachatryan said.
Khamoyan asked if his opinion is valued among the ruling party. Khachatryan responded, “There is no need to raise this issue among the team because the majority, if not everyone, agrees with what I said.”
