Passions are high in the National Assembly. The five-year program of the government was being discussed in parliament. A break was announced after another fight broke out. The situation was aggravated when Hayk Sargsyan, a member of Civil Contract, known by the nickname “Bottle holder,” said in his speech that all the defense ministers during whose administration people were released from the army with money or by phone are traitors to the homeland, and that is about all administrations. Seyran Ohanyan said something from his seat, which Sargsyan countered with an insult.
As a result, Seyran Ohanyan threw a water bottle at Sargsyan. Then, Sargsyan threw a bottle in Ohanyan’s direction. The sitting was interrupted and NA Speaker Alen Simonyan immediately invited security officers to the hall to calm down the situation, but the deputies continued to throw bottles in each other’s direction.
