In response to the question about the United Kingdom’s position when a year after the war, the President of Azerbaijan continues to violate Armenia’s territorial integrity and Azerbaijani troops have been in Armenia for 5 months already, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Armenia, John Gallagher, answered, “The United Kingdom’s position is to encourage both sides to talk to each other and come to the negotiations table. We are convinced that the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing format is the only and effective solution to the current conflict.” The ambassador participated in the conference titled “Towards a Green Economy: Global and Armenian Perspectives on Sustainable Development and Governance.”
