On October 28th, the Armenia faction also met with the Russian Ambassador to Armenia in the National Assembly. The head of the faction Seyran Ohanyan spoke about this on Friday during a briefing with journalists. “We met with the council. There have been separate meetings before that. We discussed the situation and presented the views of our faction on the military-political situation.
We also discussed parliamentary cooperation. Of course, we discussed the situation around Armenia and highlighted the Armenian-Russian partnership as a strategic partnership,” Seyran Ohanyan said. According to him, they also spoke about the Armenian-Russian joint military group and border activities. “I think there are some closed issues that I would not like to talk about here.”
According to Seyran Ohanyan, they asked about a possible trilateral document, about which there is information in the Russian press, but the ambassador also said that he did not have full information about it.
