Chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, a consultation took place, during which issues related to the activities of Enterprise Armenia, the Investment Support Center, were discussed.
The Prime Minister noted that the purpose of today’s meeting is to discuss the statute of the Investment Support Center. “We regularly face different problems related to the issues raised by investors, when people face various difficulties while implementing investment programs in the Republic of Armenia. We have tested various formats several times, how to sort them, discuss them, find solutions to those problems, so that the investment process goes more smoothly for investors.
As a result of that process, we finally came to the conclusion that we should try the solution that the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Ministers, and the sectoral Ministers would be included in the Board of Trustees of the Investment Support Center. All the investment programs that need to be followed up, will be discussed in the Board of Trustees, and if necessary, representatives of the relevant departments will be invited, and we will make this a platform for discussing investment programs. Today, our goal is to discuss the Statute of the Investment Support Center with this logic and move forward”, PM Pashinyan said.
