During the rally of the National Liberation Movement in the Republic Square, Karin Tonoyan, the founding leader of the 5165 National Conservative Movement, answered the question about why the parents of soldiers killed, captured and missing in the war do not unite to fight against many uncertainties and meet with the authorities every time, and how it is almost as if they were going to be deceived voluntarily.
“At this moment, I would not turn to the parents in pain and, perhaps, those who reconciled with their pain, but to the parents of the soldiers whose children are standing at the border today. I do not know how many soldiers we have, but I will speak according to Nikol Pashinyan’s statement that he saved at least 25-30 thousand soldiers. Every soldier has two parents. 60,000 people do that. That is the quantity that can change the destiny of this country. Therefore, only the parents of the soldiers, if they come out and demand not to give such orders to their children and to bring the perpetrators to justice, that is enough.”
