Within the framework of his visit to the United States of America, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with Acting US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Dereck J. Hogan.
Hogan praised Armenia’s participation in the “Summit for Democracy”, noting the democratic achievements in Armenia. In his turn, the Secretary thanked for receiving an invitation to participate in the summit and confirmed Armenia’s determination in democratic reforms.
Regional developments, prospects for long-term peace, and Armenia’s regional role were also discussed at the meeting.
