News.am. On Dec. 25, Speaker of the Parliament of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Artur Tovmasyan convened a working consultation, the Media and Public Relations Department of the National Assembly of Artsakh reported.
During the consultation, Tovmasyan declared that the National Assembly of Artsakh will convene a special session for adoption of a statement by the National Assembly on Dec. 27 at 11 a.m.
