Ermenihaber. After the session of the government, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu spoke to reporters about the resolution process of Armenian-Turkish relations.
Çavuşoğlu stated that the special representatives of Armenia and Turkey have already “discussed the goals and expectations for the beginning of the process” during their first meeting.
In particular, he said, “The goal is to completely resolve everything with Armenia. We have already spoken about this. Armenia is also very pleased with this. We will also discuss what else we can do besides starting flights and appointing special representatives. The special representatives will work towards all of that, and they will also discuss steps to increase mutual trust.”
