“To pretend that nothing is happening around us is a national crime,” the second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan told a news conference on February 17, answering a question about the “Shushi Declaration” signed between Azerbaijan and Turkey and recently ratified by the parliaments of the two countries.

This declaration fixes Turkey’s growing role in the region, and the formation of allied, strategic relations with Azerbaijan,” said Robert Kocharyan.
