A project of the IOM Armenia and UNHCR Armenia aimed at strengthening migration management capabilities in Armenia has been launched on 16/02/2022.
The two-year project is co-financed (around 89%) by the European Union and aims to strengthening the institutional, technical and staff capacities and mechanisms of the migration authorities to comply with commitments of Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) and the Government reform agenda. The project particularly concentrates on enhancing migration governance in Armenia to foster well-managed and secure cross-border mobility.
