On 1 June Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan visited the Vaghuhas community of the Martakert region and took part in a solemn ceremony of opening the kindergarten building.
The building, constructed by state means and with the support of philanthropists, is designed for 60 children and equipped with all modern facilities.
The Head of the State considered it symbolic to mark the International Children’s Day with the opening of a pre-school educational institution. Arayik Harutyunyan congratulated all the children on the holiday, emphasizing that the authorities spare no effort to build a stable and dignified future for them in Artsakh.
