In a conversation with Aravot in this regard, Civil Contract MP Hovik Aghazaryan presented his comment on the President’s ambiguous statement. ”
Since Serzh Sargsyan is a well-prepared, smart person, it is very difficult to evaluate his words unequivocally, because he does not throw words around, and he does not say anything just like that. There is meaning in what he says. It seems to me that there is irony in his words, at least. Ishkhan Saghatelyan did a lot for all of them, but still, there is irony in Serzh Sargsyan’s words.”
