43 units of moveable property were donated to Goris Community of Syunik Marz from the National Assembly for providing property means of newly constructing building of Shurnukh Village Municipality.
The Chair of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the National Assembly Taguhi Tovmasyan visited Shurnukh border settlement of Syunik Marz on December 10, 2021. According to her, despite the situation created on the border, the residents of Shurnukh construct new buildings, including a new building of the village municipality, but there are property problems.
Coming back from the village Taguhi Tovmasyan proposed to provide the necessary property to the village municipality at the expense of property resources available in the National Assembly with the application addressed to the Chief of Staff, Secretary General of the National Assembly Vahan Naribekyan.
The Deputy Chief of Staff of the RA National Assembly Heghine Khachikyan noted that receiving the application from the deputy Taguhi Tovmasyan, carried out internal monitoring to find out the list of the property units which was possible to provide. A list of 43 property units was compiled and submitted to the RA State Property Management Committee, then within short period was presented to the Government with endorsement for receiving appropriate decision. Receiving the decision from the Government the NA Staff, according to the procedure, organized the work.

The property is already in Shurnukh Village Municipality.
According to Heghine Khachikyan, the NA Staff is always ready to support such initiatives, especially, when they refer to the border communities.
