During the rally of the Resistance Movement in France Square, the RPA representative Artak Zakaryan, speaking about foreign policy, assured that the development of a new national security strategy, which should correspond to the developments in the world, will be a priority for the next government.
According to him, the Resistance movement must already start implementing the provisions of that document. He mentioned, “The ruling capitulators often ask us whether we will cancel the demands of the November 9 announcement. This is the most ridiculous and cynical question. The answer is as follows. Nikol Pashinyan handed over even more than Azerbaijan demanded in the November 9 capitulation statement. After November 9, he handed over 200 square kilometers of territory from Artsakh and more than 300 square kilometers of territory from Armenia to Azerbaijan.
So, they did not leave anything to cancel from that announcement. And by asking the question, they know very well that the signature of the Russian President is also put there. The only point that has not been fulfilled is the issue of the return of the POWs, which Azerbaijan continues to this day, because in front of it are Nikol and his puppets, who have become the brightest example in the world in political ignorance.” He also mentioned their vision of relations with Russia. “Additional regional security mechanisms must be worked out at an accelerated pace with Russia, for which the implementation of new joint military-political programs will be essential.”
