YEREVAN, June 29, 2022 – on June 27, 2022 HENAR Charitable Foundation and the National Institute of Health signed a Memorandum of Understanding . The purpose of the Memorandum is to establish long-term cooperation for the design and delivery of training and development programs for healthcare professionals, development of guidelines and recommendations for the selected areas of clinical practice, as well as for the potential research collaboration. .
“Collaboration with the National Institute of Health is very important for HENAR”, said Arman Voskerchyan, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of HENAR Foundation, “We are determined to establish partnership in the areas related to education, professional development and research. And we are certain of the importance and mutual benefits of it”.
HENAR Foundation was established in late 2021 to contribute to the transformation of the healthcare ecosystem in Armenia. In recent months HENAR has been successfully cooperating with the Ministry of Health by joining a working group set up to develop a program of measures for primary healthcare reform.
The goal of HENAR platform is to bring together various stakeholders of healthcare ecosystem by promoting initiatives aimed at the transformation of healthcare sector in Armenia. Priorities include programs in sustainable development capable of instigating systemic changes, as well initiatives anchored on partnership between the state and the private sector.
