Dear compatriots,
Today I visited the Dahrav community of the Askeran region and got acquainted with the ongoing activities of “100 Homes in Artsakh” project being carried out with joint efforts of the Public Television Company of Armenia and “Artsakh to Live” Foundation. I have announced that the Artsakh Government will provide greater assistance to give a new impetus to the activities.
I was also in the area of the recently commissioned Hillis reservoir. It has irrigated more than 300 hectares of land. By the way, the project was implemented after the war, with state funds.
Another large-scale project, that was also realized with state funds, is the construction of the Sovetarkh irrigation system, the main aqueduct and water distribution basins of which were commissioned weeks ago. As a result, more than 2,000 hectares of land in the region will have irrigation opportunity.
The beneficiaries of the afore-mentioned projects are thousands of our citizens.
In the near future I will refer to our other large-scale projects aimed at keeping Artsakh Armenian.
