The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Sweden exchanged congratulatory messages on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Kingdom of Sweden.
In his message, Ararat Mirzoyan, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia, particularly noted that Armenia and Sweden have forged a comprehensive agenda of bilateral relations and reaffirmed Armenia’s commitment to foster cooperation.
Foreign Minister Mirzoyan also noted that the Armenian-Swedish cooperation has gained momentum due to Sweden’s long-term commitment to support the democratic reforms in Armenia, the evidence of which is the establishment of a resident Embassy in Yerevan, the resumption of bilateral development cooperation, and the growing interest of the Swedish companies in the Armenian economy.
While congratulating his Armenian counterpart, Ann Linde, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Sweden in her message expressed deep appreciation for the friendship and cooperation between the two countries and reiterated commitment to continue good bilateral relations and cooperation.
