“This new initiative that we have started will bring success. It is not only our dream, but also our demand, because in the 21st century it is not possible to move forward without cooperation, without unity,” says Ruben Vardanyan, initiator of the Future Armenian movement, co-founder of the Aurora humanitarian initiative. He is confident that thanks to the Future Armenian initiative, they will have the opportunity to work together, discuss ways of new solutions, find effective solutions and implement changes. Ruben Vardanyan participated in the panel discussion held within the framework of the Future Armenian conference.
He says that it is important for him that the respect for Armenians in the world and in general be restored, which was during our history, and Armenians are recognized not as good traders, but as representatives of an educated nation, so that Armenians become an example and a model for everyone. According to Ruben Vardanyan, the second important problem is to get out of the idea of the victim. “It is our responsibility that we are a winning nation, not a losing nation. Artsakh was also important because we won. It is true that we have given many casualties, but we have won and that feeling that we have won, and not being victims and requiring help from others, is very important. The taste and smell of that victory must be in our blood, that we must win, not lose.” According to him, we all have a responsibility to our fallen boys.
“Looking at the past, remembering, we have a great responsibility towards the coming generation. We must become an example of a successful nation in this 21st century that helps and supports other nations and by investing, the whole world prospers and not just our country.” According to Ruben Vardanyan, we must be able to use our strongest points to achieve success.
