“The person sitting in the prime minister’s office is a narcissist, he arrests people on political orders and leads them to death”: Gegham Manukyan

July 20,2022 16:00

On July 19, members of the Resistance movement marched towards the government after a protest organized near the UN Armenian office. Gegham Manukyan, deputy of the Armenia faction, said that Armen Grigoryan’s heart could not withstand all the destruction that exists in our country.

“His health did not forgive him and he said goodbye to his life in prison not as a result of the legal process, but simply for one reason: the person sitting in the prime minister’s office in this building is a vindictive person. He arrests people on political orders and leads them to death.

Weeks ago, Armenia was shocked by an incident when the motorcade of the man sitting in this building, who was once proud of riding a bicycle, killed a pregnant girl and until now no one has answered because the man sitting in the prime minister’s chair thinks that there is no one in Armenia beyond him. With his behavior, he also poisoned those accompanying him, who could have thrown the young girl under the car without stopping, without blinking an eye, without an apology, without even temporary imprisonment, this man killed a young pregnant girl with his behavior.

Armen Grigoryan was a well-known public figure, and many were shocked by his death, but many remember how many parents who lost their children died as a result of the war, as a result of being deprived of the homeland, as a result of handing over thousands of villages to the Turks, about which they did not say a word. The culprit of all that is the person sitting in the Prime Minister’s office in this building, who promised a smile and love on the first day, but for 4 years brought death to our country, brought an epidemic, then brought war. Until now, it has not been officially announced from this building how many Armenians we have lost, how many victims we have had, name by name.

They were people, each with their own story, their own family, their own children. Until now, they are arguing about 3,000 or 4,000 casualties. Each of them are people, but for him it is just a number. As a result of the disorganization organized by this deadly man, how many fellow soldiers died in the same war: an officer, a policeman was killed, it was a number for that man.”

Gegham Manukyan recalled what Nikol Pashinyan said years ago. “He used to say that if someone is killed, they call him a murderer, but the one who kills thousands is a general. Nikol thinks he’s a military leader, but he’ll never be a military leader. He’s deadly.”
