Charge d’Affaires of Ukraine in Armenia Denis Avtonomov will soon finish his diplomatic mission in Armenia. At the press conference held a few days ago, he said that he takes with him great love for Armenia and rich diplomatic experience from Armenia.
Denis Avtonomov assured that, despite the assurances of the Russian side, the Luhansk region is not completely occupied by the Russian Federation, as well as Donetsk, Kherson, Zaporizhia, and Nikolaevsk regions and noted: “All their advances in our territories come at the cost of serious losses for Russia. We are already talking about 10,000 victims, according to our data, 40,000, and tens of billions of dollars in military equipment losses.”4
According to the charge d’affaires of Ukraine in RA, it is no coincidence that Vladimir Putin declares that Russia is not at war with Ukraine, but with NATO countries. According to him, Putin is maneuvering in this way, sensing his impending defeat. Referring to the developments taking place in our region, the Armenia-Azerbaijan-Turkey-Russia negotiations, Denis Avtonomov said, “It is obvious that there are serious advances in the negotiations with Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Turkey. Many believe that currently there is a tendency to leave Russia out of the negotiation process. It is obvious that Russia is a dishonest mediator. Whether it is interested in the solution of the conflict, there are big doubts.”
