August 1, 2022, Aghavno, Republic of Artsakh border checkpoint. Raffi K. Hovhannisian, the first foreign minister of Armenia and the founder of the Heritage party, was officially obstructed by Russian peacekeeping troops on his way to attend his grandchild’s baptism in Stepanakert yesterday evening.
